These past two days in Stirling have been absolutely beautiful! It has been around 14 degrees Celsius (or about 58 degrees Fahrenheit). I know it doesn’t sound like much, but even just seeing the sun puts a smile on our faces anymore. When we arrived on campus two weeks ago, the hills behind the Uni were covered in snow, but now are starting to look green. I feel bad knowing that in PA it was snowing today as I walked around in a skirt and sweater.. but not too bad. It appears as though Spring has come early, but we have been warned not to get used to it just yet.
Today was also my day off- no classes on Fridays, what could be better? I spent the day getting formalities taken care of, such as registering with a doctor, meeting with the Arcadia director in Scotland (Hamish) and getting paperwork for my hallcards completed. Of course I took plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful weather and had my lunch outside near Airthrey Loch.
